I am a committed follower of Jesus. He is truly Lord of all creation! I try to live my life in reflection of that fact. The vocation of the Christian is quite simple and difficult at the same time: to love God with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength. And, to love your neighbor as yourself. I have just come to realize in the last few years that I have seriously lacked following that last one. I am now working on changing that.
This blog is about life in the Kingdom of God and what that means. As you can see from the categories I have listed, I cover a lot of topics — from theology to technology; from faith to practice; from life to life. These things can’t be separated (as much as people would have us believe). Furthermore, they shouldn’t be separated. These categories are what makes people who they are. Human life, true human life, can’t be separated into nice, little packages like that. We are all of those things jumbled up all together. Every one of those categories impacts all of the other categories.
Lately, I have been searching and implementing my Celtic roots. The Celtic Christians saw no difference between ’spiritual’ life and ‘daily’ life. All life is sacred. Matter matters. The Light behind all life can be found deep within all living things.
So, come along with me on this journey, this odyssey. And let’s see how we can implement God’s New Creation together realizing the Sacred in all things!
